Description
A variety of online resources provide access to information about historic properties that have been recorded and recognized through SHPO programs. Provides links to ArchSite, the state's online cultural resource GIS; select historic contexts and survey reports; the Historical Marker Database; National Register of Historic Places records (nominations, select photographs, and maps); a guide to researching historic properties; and the Statewide Survey program's finding aid index. In addition the SC Department of Archives and History (SCDAH) has a variety of tools to access information from and about the collections held in the State Archives.
