Millions of resources are indexed from the Canadian libraries and archives, the National Aboriginal Document Database: contain statutes and acts, court decisions, treaties, and links to additional resources; Library and Archives Canada’s (LAC) collection includes Canadian theses, periodicals and books available online, digitized microform, virtual exhibitions, photos, and maps in multiple formats, contemporary and historical books, videos, newspapers, artwork as well as documents related to treaties, surrenders, and agreements. Documents from the Department of Indian Affairs, resources for aboriginal ancestry research, digitized images, maps, surveys, and ancestry and military research information also available.
